What can I expect from the event?
Step into Discovering the World of Jesus: Ancient Treasures from the Holy Land and be transported 2,000 years back to the heart of the New Testament. This transformative experience combines archaeology and technology, unveiling 350 genuine artifacts from Jesus' time—including the renowned James Ossuary, attributed to his brother, and the Zacharias ossuary.

Although there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event, there are several restaurants nearby.

About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please email groups@discoveringjesusexhibit.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Visitors can enter at any time within their session. Since it is not a timed show, arriving slightly early or late, such as at 2:50 PM or 3:25 PM for a 3:00 PM session, is acceptable.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Prohibited items include: food and beverages of any kind, flash photography and video, weapons and cigarettes or electronic cigarettes.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
No flash photography is permitted, however, DO feel free to take photos with natural light and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience does not include an audio guide.
